2. Bookings & Payments 

- Bookings must be confirmed in writing. 

- A deposit may be required to secure your request. 

- Full payment is due before services are provided. 

- Prices may vary based on availability and season. 

3. Cancellations & Refunds 

- Cancellation policies differ by service. 

- Some bookings may be non-refundable. 

- We will inform you of specific terms at time of booking. 

4. Limitation of Liability 

MK Premium Services acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers. We are not responsible for service failures or delays caused by third parties, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible. 

5. Client Responsibilities 

You are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with any applicable laws during your stay or use of services.

7. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
